Sylvia was fantastic in helping us sell my parents home. Very professional and an amazing negotiator. Just when we thought a deal was dead, she pulled through and got us a great offer. She also saved me thousands of dollars during the inspection phase, and she isn't afraid to ask for reductions if issues are found. Sylvia helped us sell our house in suburbia, and buy our new place in downtown Calgary. She was always available, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly, and responded to queries right away. Our house sold within a week of listing. Her staging, presentation, and write up were professional and certainly contributed to the sale. She was especially helpful in buying a new place. Having Sylvia as our relator took all the stress out of the home selling process. She is so experienced with contracts from her negotiation background that she caught several things other realtors missed which could have cost a lot of money. She saved us so much time and stress by making us aware of many things that we weren't prepared with when listing our rental property. She went in prior to photos and tidied, decluttered and staged our house to make it look amazing for photos. She even sent our tenants away for the weekend to make as many showings as possible happen which was so great. All in all she is an educated, professional and friendly person who I would have no problem recommending as an agent to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We are currently on a search with her to purchase our next home and/or rental and are excited to proceed when the right opportunity comes up!

Sylvia was a real estate pro from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable about the market and knew exactly how to list our property and was a stellar negotiator. Sylvia took care of every aspect of the sale. From professional list photos to helping us hire repair men to fix our garage to rushing the RRP at land titles to finding us a great lawyer We ended up getting 15K over our list price. There is no-one else i would work with when it comes to real estate!!
